Ingredients

  • 3 cups Pacific Gold Yellow Onions, quartered
  • 2 cups dry bread cubes
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp poultry seasoning

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • In a large pan, boil 4 cups salted water. Add onions and then simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Drain onions and return to pan.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing well.
  • Bake in a buttered 8 x 8 pan for approximately 30 minutes, or until brown and crispy.
